Painting Courses & holidays in Cornwall throughout the year
General painting weeks are run over week or weekends for the first 2 weeks of the month (March-May) and throughout the summer until October- when the classes are on the Greek Island of Naxos. (see Greek painting holidays page for additional information.) These ‘general’ courses are designed to suit all levels of painters and will be tailored to the individuals requirements.
You may be an absolute beginner and wish for some
basic drawing skills, or an accomplished watercolorist wishing to
experiment in oils. Whatever your ambition all materials and relevant
tuition can be provided. Subject matter is equally flexible-from
life,from landscape or from imagination!
Portraits in oils a fully comprehensive masterclass on
capturing a likeness in portraiture with the emphasis on working in
oils. Fundamental drawing techniques are also covered,

Enjoy learning and working in our bespoke warm studio, making friends, log fires, cosy pub evenings and stunning walks. Summer painting courses are based more outside, weather permitting!
